Marc stud\u00adied agro-ecol\u00ado\u00adgy at Mont\u00adpel\u00adli\u00ader SupA\u00adgro and has com\u00adbined his film\u00admak\u00ading skills with agri\u00adcul\u00adtur\u00adal knowl\u00adedge by pro\u00adduc\u00ading edu\u00adca\u00adtion\u00adal films about regen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtive farm\u00ading since 2012.<\/p>\n

Raksmey CHEN<\/span> <\/strong><\/span> is a stud\u00adied agron\u00ado\u00admist and spe\u00adcial\u00adizes in irri\u00adga\u00adtion for cli\u00admate-smart rice pro\u00adduc\u00adtion with a Mas\u00adter degree from Roy\u00adal Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of Phnom Penh in devel\u00adop\u00adment stud\u00adies. She did research in inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal devel\u00adop\u00adment stud\u00adies at Nagoya Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty, Japan and sub\u00adse\u00adquent\u00adly worked for the Provin\u00adcial Depart\u00adment of Agri\u00adcul\u00adture Forestry and Fish\u00aderies in Kam\u00adpong Thom Province for six years. <\/b>There she facil\u00adi\u00adtat\u00aded a project in part\u00adner\u00adship with the Asia Devel\u00adop\u00adment Bank (ADB<\/span>) on \u201cCli\u00admate Resilient Rice Com\u00admer\u00adcial\u00adiza\u00adtion Sec\u00adtor Devel\u00adop\u00adment Pro\u00adgram (Rice-SDP)\u201d and Agri\u00adcul\u00adtur\u00adal Ser\u00advices Pro\u00adgram for inno\u00adva\u00adtion, Resilience and Exten\u00adsion (ASPIRE<\/span>) project. She lead field demon\u00adstra\u00adtions employ\u00ading IPM<\/span> and SRP<\/span> prin\u00adci\u00adples. She sup\u00adports the team in sales strat\u00ade\u00adgy both domes\u00adtic and inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly and has also great exper\u00adtise in applied agronomy.<\/p>\n

Anuch PECH<\/span><\/strong><\/span> is a finance expert with 6 years of expe\u00adri\u00adence. She looks after admin tasks and helps to devel\u00adop our finan\u00adcial strat\u00ade\u00adgy and busi\u00adness plan.<\/p>\n

Sey\u00adha CHEA<\/span>. <\/strong><\/span>BSc in Agron\u00ado\u00admy from the Nation\u00adal Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of Bat\u00adtam\u00adbang, and a Diplo\u00adma for agro-ecol\u00ado\u00adgy and SRP<\/span> rice. With 6 years expe\u00adri\u00adence in Sus\u00adtain\u00adable Agri\u00adcul\u00adture and inte\u00adgrat\u00aded hor\u00adti\u00adcul\u00adture and live\u00adstock sys\u00adtems. Sey\u00adha has a focus on hor\u00adti\u00adcul\u00adture, agron\u00ado\u00admy, fruit tree farm\u00ading and plant pro\u00adtec\u00adtion and is our tech\u00adni\u00adcal sup\u00adport staff in the field.<\/p>\n

Vichet LAY<\/span>. <\/strong><\/span>BSc in Agron\u00ado\u00admy, with focus on E\u2011learning plat\u00adform man\u00adage\u00adment. Vichet has a pas\u00adsion in graph\u00adic design and media pro\u00adduc\u00adtion. He devel\u00adops our mar\u00adket\u00ading mate\u00adri\u00adals and video clips, among many oth\u00ader things.<\/p>\n

Arn RY<\/span><\/strong><\/span> is sales agent in Preah Vihear province and has many years expe\u00adri\u00adence work\u00ading with farmer coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtives and the union of agri\u00adcul\u00adtur\u00adal coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtives. He is tech\u00adni\u00adcal field staff and advis\u00ades on implementation.<\/p>\n
